The candidate will be in-charge of specific projects to plan, budget, monitor and report on projects with project management tools.

Job Scope:

The role of a project planner is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project one is working on. Project planners may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain schedules to meet full requirements of project
  • Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with achieved progress
  • Recognize competing business requirements and make recommendations for overall project effectiveness
  • Support integration of project management systems into the daily operations of the plant

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum of a second class lower bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Business-related courses.
  • Must be PMP certified

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum of 10-12 years relevant experience in the oil and gas sector
  • Strong planning and strategy formulation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
