About This Role

We seek a commercially astute, entrepreneurial professional to drive mandate origination, transaction structuring, and institutional capital raising. The role focuses on expanding client relationships, securing funding partnerships, and converting opportunities into executed deals across Corporate Advisory and Proprietary Investments. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Origination Originate mandates across sovereign, quasi-sovereign, and corporate clients. Build senior relationships and attract institutional funding partners. Drive revenue through mandate conversion. 2. Deal Structuring & Execution Structure complex debt and hybrid transactions. Lead financial modelling, documentation, due diligence, and negotiations. Coordinate execution across internal and external stakeholders. 3. Funding & Institutional Relationships Develop global funding partnerships (DFIs, credit funds, asset managers). Position the firm as a credible structuring partner. 4. Leadership & Growth Support strategy, pipeline development, and team mentoring. Contribute to market visibility and geographic expansion. Qualifications & Competencies Degree in Finance or related field; MBA/CFA preferred. 10+ years’ experience with proven deal origination and execution track record. Strong networks, structuring expertise, and financial modelling skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
